NOVEMBER FEATURE – IN YOUR OWN BACK YARD
Builders of Southern Nevada create communities with recreation as a top priority
Southern Nevada offers an abundance of natural amenities which makes it an easy choice when you are trying to find a home. With Mt. Charleston, Red Rock Conservation Area, and Lake Mead all located conveniently close, Las Vegans have plenty of places to pursue all types of recreation from skiing and hiking to boating and biking. But the region is just not home to the best nature has to offer, there are also scads of shopping, dining, and entertainment options that abound for residents of the Las Vegas Valley who enjoy a more metropolitan lifestyle. And if that weren’t enough, Southern Nevada’s home builders build their communities with fun in mind, supplying residents with parks, multi-million dollar recreational centers, and golf courses allowing new homebuyers to find plenty of recreation right in their own back yard.
DISTINCTIVE HOMES OF LAS VEGAS
As they say in real estate, it’s all about location, location, location. Close to all the recreational amenities one could desire, living in Canyons Estates also provides homeowners with quiet, privacy and respite from the city.
