Lennar’s NEXT GEN – The Home within a Home has double the fun by offering separate private outdoor living spaces for both the main home and the private suite. The suite offers a side porch area with gate, a separate sliding glass door with gate, and a separate sliding glass door to the back yard.

With more and more families living together, Lennar’s NEXT GEN – The Home within a Home is designed to allow for a private living space for the main home and the private suite. The private suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, sink, Advantium oven and maple cabinetry. It also has its own living room, laundry, bathroom and bedroom.

The covered patio of Pardee’s Durango Ranch Residence Two includes an optional fireplace and sliding glass doors.

Durango Ranch buyers may choose between either a covered patio or an enclosed Nevada Room with optional fireplace in Residence Two. Both outdoor spaces lead to the large back yard of the residence.

Ryland Homes is leading the revolution of indoor/outdoor living by introducing its new Signature Rooftop Decks. It’s a feature no other builder in the area offers and is available in three of the builder’s communities: Maravilla Courtyards, Jasmine, and Allora. Unique to the market, no other builder is building two-story homes with panoramic outdoor living.

Each rooftop deck includes lighting, a gas BBQ stub, and hose bib. Homeowners have private access to the rooftop deck from the second floor in their home. Warmington Homes offers multiple shaded outdoor living areas among the builder’s 16 single level and two-story floor plans at Northern Terrace. Described as comfortable, convenient, and relaxing, Warmington has a variety of brand-new plans, both single level and two-story.

Among Warmington’s outdoor spaces are courtyards, covered patios, and covered entries. Standards are covered/shaded areas at porch entries, courtyards and rear patios (per plan and product line).
